I generally love Fresh Markets prepared food case to grab the meal deals, however this location the food often looks like it’s been sitting for a while. Also their bakery staff at this location is far from helpful if you can even get someone’s attention.

I placed a catering order 5 days in advance and selected the 9–11 AM pickup window, but I specifically noted that I would be there at 9 AM since I needed to be somewhere that I wouldn’t have time to wait for it. When I arrived, the order was not ready, and staff did not even realize the order had been placed. They did offer to make it, but at that point I would not have made it to my event on time, which completely defeated the purpose of ordering a catering order ahead of time and asking for a specific time. I ended up leaving empty handed to my event and extremely disappointed. The cashier lady who was working, was really nice and I appreciated her trying to help me.

This place claims to be a high quality store with an emphasis on fresh food and next to clearly dying orchids is... Glass that clearly has not been cleaned in forever and worst of all... COBWEBS! DISGUSTING! it doesn't matter which department you go to everybody besides the cashier's are RUDE they clearly do not care about food safety as I look behind the case glass to see a man preparing shrimp BARE HANDED! The Fresh Market should consider itself lucky that the lowest rating is a 1 because everything besides the checkout is a ZERO
