You placed your order with us a 18:11 and collected it after 35/40 minutes later. We are a small but busy restaurant and it sometimes gets crazy inside the restaurant, although, this has never impacted any guest from collecting their order. With regards to parking, there is an abundance of parking on road opposite and beside restaurant (free after 5:30pm and single yellow after 6pm). At 18:58 you called and then again within the minute called once more, as we were busy we missed your call. At 18:59 (a whole 60 seconds later) we called back and you advised us that your mushroom bhaji was missed (the one item), after my colleague apologised she checked with me and I told her to advise you I would get it delivered ASAP. Which, I did and sent an extra portion of Onion Bhaji and Poppadoms as a gesture of good will. So now, imagine my surprise reading your review of how you couldn't find parking, couldn't get through on the phone, were missing MULTIPLE items and that it was NEVER delivered. Relating to your order, I assure you that our Chicken Korma and Massala are of a very high standard and fairly portioned, but it's still just a Korma and Massala (I can't reinvent it to be anything more). I accept we made an error and again apologise for it but do NOT take kindly to false and melodramatic representation of events. Should you require further evidence of timings please get in touch and I will be happy to show you our CCTV, Order receipt and Call records. Lastly, we wish you well and are certain you'll find a Korma and Massala vendor more to your liking. More
