Since all six rooms were booked under a single name, there was a brief passcode mix-up at arrival, which we were able to resolve shortly after. We’re sorry for the initial confusion and appreciate your patience. Regarding early check-in: while some rooms were being finalized, our standard policy offers early check-in as a paid option. That said, as a courtesy, we were happy to provide complimentary early check-in for your own room, and we’re glad we could accommodate that for you. We’re really pleased to hear that you loved the room, the comfort of the bed, and the bathroom that means a lot to us. As a small boutique hotel with an active bar downstairs, some ambient sound can be part of the experience, especially during lively weekends, and we appreciate your understanding.
