Dear Spice Fusion Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your restaurant. Unfortunately, the service and handling of my order fell far below expectations. I ordered a 16” Munchie Box with a 2-litre drink. After waiting 35 minutes, the staff member handed me the bag quickly. I noticed right away that the drink was not correct – it was only 1.5 litres, not 2 litres as clearly stated on your menu. When I pointed this out, instead of acknowledging the mistake, she insisted that this was the correct size. Only after I showed her the menu (which clearly says 2 litres) did she add a single can of drink as “compensation.” Additionally, the price displayed on the wall menu was £17.95, but I was charged £18.65 based on your new menu. This is misleading for customers. When the Munchie Box was being packed, I asked about salad. Instead of salad, I was given onions, and then asked if I wanted jalapeños instead. When I repeated that I wanted salad as usual, I was told that someone “had just gone to buy salad.” This is unacceptable – basic ingredients advertised with the meal should always be available. Finally, when I pointed out that the incorrect drink size in the menu should be fixed to avoid misleading customers, the staff member responded coldly with just “ENJOY.” That level of service is very unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and I will not be returning. I expect proper standards of service, accurate pricing, and correct fulfillment of orders when I pay for my food.
