I am a Great believer in giving feedback to enable progress... However, following several visits to the Leicester Arms in Luton over the last 10 years, I would not recommend the restaurant as the service has ALWAYS been at least a half hour wait before meals arrived. In addition on this occasion my wife's grilled chicken on a bed of vegetables was not a good 2nd choice(her 1st choice of lasagne was not available) When she tasted her courgettes it was clear they were cold & not cooked - almost as though the chef believed them to be cucumber! The waitress apologised and said a new meal would be arrived in a few minutes. After another 20 minutes after I had finished my meal, I asked the waitress how much longer my wife's replacement meal would be. She returned to the kitchen & came out with the meal straight away & it was fine. Parking: Spare places when we visited on a Saturday evening. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options Free parking lot

The manager at this pub is a very rude man! Uses terrible language when talking to his customers, many use of swear words when asked to move from somewhere on first time of him asking. No respect for his customers. This man should be spoken too... I am also a manager of a store and would be cautioned if I spoke the way he spoke to me!
