So I try my best to hold up the standard of good food service but I must say for a first time experience I was disappointed. The server was was very nice and new (can’t remember her name sadly) but she did her best. The food: so my friend got the salmon w/ mashed potatoes and fries while I got sautéed shrimp w/ mashed potatoes and broccoli. Food was brought to us 25 mins after drinks (okay I can deal cause she’s new) but ALL the sides were cold (except the fries). The shrimp was nearly warm and so was the salmon The owner came over after we went back all cold only items to say that the warmer was off (HOW SWAY HOW?!?) and we word me comped on the meal.get the bill and no comp on anything. If you weren’t going to do it, just don’t offer (we ate, paid and left). Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $90–100 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

So food was subpar, though expensive. Service was not great, seating is limited. Went during karaoke night, young crowd but was fun to watch. Wouldn’t recommend for food, but okay for atmosphere. May be better for lunch or brunch.. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Being rushed out literally at the 90 minute sitting time is crazy. Can I finish my drink and disgust my food? Not to mention it wasn’t busy at all. Changing the tortilla for tacos I’m guessing to a cheaper brand changed quality of tacos (taste, look and feel stale). Customers SHOULD always be brought out receipt especially so they know 20% gratuity is added automatically no matter the party size since it isn’t displayed on menu or in establishment. Manager isn’t a welcoming at all to costumers, makes sense why staff walk around miserable. I’ve truly tried with the mix but doesn’t seem like things will get better.
