I recently visited The Monk’s and ordered the Chicken Curry Momos and Chicken Donne Biryani. The momos were clearly frozen, likely sourced from Restaurant Depot or Costco. Their taste was average at best, and I wondered why they were included on the menu. The Donne Biryani was disappointing as well. It tasted more like a pulav with poorly balanced ingredients. The chicken fry on top of the rice didn't add any excitement to the dish. I spent around $30, which felt like a waste, leaving me thinking, "Sontha Kasula Soonium Vachukitten." Unfortunately, the meal also resulted in some unpleasant after effects, including bloating and burping. Overall, it was an underwhelming experience, but there might be other items on the menu worth trying. I must say.. this place is not worth the hype. we ordered chicken hakka noodles and street style chicken fried rice. coming to noodles they were not soft and undercooked. can smell egg from noodles and best part is we can barely see chicken in it.. The meat portion is extremely low even in fried rice. I have never seen yellow colored street style fried rice.. It does not even taste as fried rice.. It tastes as some masala rice. don’t fall for the hype Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Appetizers were really good but the food...Meh....
