Clarified with the waitress today that all 3 Noodle Man locations have the same owner, but the Spring Mountain location has an extended menu. Pictures of the Ft. Apache location menu are attached. Fried Pork Dumplings: star of the show, delicious and juicy, added some soy sauce to the chili oil and dipped the dumplings in Mongolian Beef Noodles: thick knife cut noodles with onion and slice beef, great flavor and chewy noodles, could have used more beef though Spicy Sichuan Wontons: wontons themselves were good, but the sauce was too sweet and sour missing the umami flavor, hardly spicy Cucumber Salad: fresh and crunchy, but again too sweet

I have to say I've been to all 3 Noodle Man's by now. The one at Rainbow is the most similar to this one. The other one by Spring mountain does not have hand toss noodles. They have a different menu. They have more cantonese food which was also really good. I do like all the Noodle Man. I came across this 3rd one after going to Sally's hair supply. It was right next to it. So I came here the next day. I ordered the shrimp thick sliced noodles. It was really good. I can honestly say that my favorite hand toss thick noodles to eat are at Noodle man and Magic noodles. They are both good in different ways. They have different noodle flavors, but both so good. I will say that I like the thick noodles the best at Noodle men because the noodles are thicker and more doughy. I like them like that! Service was really good and it is just less hectic than Magic noodle, and you don't have to wait an hour each time you want to go. The price point is also good and the place looks very clean. I will for sure be back every time I am in Vegas. This is my new favorite spot!

The place on Fort Apache and Tropicana ( plaza). The food was excellent. I recommend it.
