Just a really weird customer experience, ordered a coffee and some milkshakes, barely any communication just awkward standing around, took forever to make what we ordered. Can see people standing around on their phones behind the counter while there's a huge queue of people waiting to order and more waiting for coffees. Food was nice but won't be bothering again. Meal type: Other Price per person: £1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

They don't know what customer service is. From incorrect orders, cold beans, frozen hash browns & raw mushrooms. Shouting orders across the room, instead of a waiter/waitress bringing them to the table. We had nothing back from the staff apart from "ok" when I complained. Very expensive! £50 for a family of 4 for breakfast. Horrific experience! Price per person: £50–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
