Food was phenomenal, tender, flavorful, and everything is made in-house. Chicken fried steak, amazing. Chicken Picadda, fantastic. Of all the sides offered, try the bacon jalapeño mac & cheese. The cheesecake was large enough to share. Our server Ed is an amazing server, we will definitely be asking for his service on our return visit. The Republic Grill (Highway 99, Spring, TX) absolutely delivered. I ordered the top sirloin, cooked medium rare, and it was phenomenal—perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor; exactly what you hope for when you order a steak, and honestly better than expected. We visited on Valentine’s Day, so the restaurant was understandably busy, but that didn’t take away from the experience at all. The atmosphere was warm, lively, and inviting, and despite the crowd, the service was prompt, attentive, and genuinely courteous. We never felt rushed or forgotten. A huge shout-out to our server Keyht, who did an excellent job keeping everything running smoothly and making sure we had a great experience. She was attentive, but not excessively present. Great food, great atmosphere, and great service—even on one of the busiest nights of the year. We’ll absolutely be back, 100%. My husband and I loved having lunch at The Republic Grille! Bri was our server and she was awesome. Her recommendations were spot on and she had such a great attitude when I had questions about the menu. I got the TRG strawberry salad and it was 10/10. My husband got the stuffed lamb chop and he gave it 8/10. Restrooms were very clean too. We’ll be back! Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
