I absolutely love this place! The music, food(especially baked Brie) and cocktails are all fantastic, and the service was excellent. Plus, you don’t have to wait forever to get a seat. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was a little nervous to try this out with all the negative Google reviews. We showed up on Friday the 10th at 1 PM. The place was completely closed even though all signage on the door said they should be open. I understand things happen but a thoughtful business owner would update their Google business days and hours so people don’t drive 40 minutes to the restaurant to find out they’re not open. That’s a situation that could’ve been easily prevented. There is a big sign out front saying the building, land and restaurant is for sale so who knows what’s going on here. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Service: 1

I recently had a reservation at Royal on Ridge Restaurant and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, the table was ready, but there was a large amount of grease on the ground, which almost caused me to slip. When I brought this to the attention of one of the employees, their response was unprofessional and dismissive. They insisted that I wait for another table to become available. To my surprise, they immediately seated another group at the same table, without addressing the grease issue. It was clear that the staff did not prioritize the cleanliness and safety of the establishment. Once we were finally seated, we waited an unreasonable amount of time without any server approaching our table. I had to actively seek out a server to take our order. Unfortunately, the server named Monique seemed irritated by our request and claimed that we hadn't been waiting for long, despite the significant amount of time that had passed. At that point, we were so frustrated by the lack of service and professionalism that we decided to cash out for the drinks we had received and leave. It was truly disappointing to encounter such a negative experience at a restaurant that I had heard good things about. I strongly believe that Monique should not be serving the general public, as her attitude and lack of customer service skills were evident throughout our interaction. Overall, I cannot recommend Royal on Ridge based on my experience. It is important for establishments to prioritize cleanliness, prompt service, and professional staff in order to provide a positive dining experience. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit to Royal on Ridge. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
