Great pub, some brilliant live bands, been some real big efforts in regards to new events here. Price per person: £20–30 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot

Would honestly give this place 0 stars if that was an option. Initially yes I probably should have asked to use the toilet however, because I am autistic with bowel problems standing in a queue and explaining myself wasn't possible as I was in desperate need of the toilet so went to find the nearest place that was open which was here. I got asked if I was ok to which I responded, hi, yes I'm fine and then headed to the toilet, due to being not well. After I'd done and left I was then met with snide and rude remarks claiming that I was rude because it is "common courtesy" to ask, which was stated in a rather rude and irate manner. I then tried to explain to the lady that I'm disabled and I know I should have asked but due to me being chronically ill and not well I didn't have the time to explain myself properly and just had to rush in. The lady very rudely continued to speak over me with little care for people on the autistic spectrum and people with disabilities. I usually use this pub to watch the football as it's close to my house however, due to this incident I will not be returning. As someone with mental health issues and severe anxiety I have left the pub feeling upset and humiliated as she projected it very loudly Infront of other customers. I would advise other customers who are either of colour or disabled to not use this pub due to the staff calling people radical slurs and what looks like the ongoing bullying of disabled people and people with bowel/bladder issues. (See reviews and have a read - this seems to be a regular occurrence.) As someone who has also works in customer service this is not how you treat people whatsoever and the attitude of the staff needs investigating. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
