We had a wonderful stay at The Rittenhouse Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, polished, and genuinely attentive. The staff made everything feel easy and elevated without ever being stuffy. The hotel itself is beautiful, classic, comfortable, and perfectly located right on Rittenhouse Square. Our room was elegant, quiet, and spacious, and the whole experience felt like a true luxury stay in Philadelphia. What really stood out was the level of care from the team. Everyone we interacted with was professional, kind, and thoughtful, which made the stay feel special for our family. The Rittenhouse is exactly what a great hotel should be: refined, welcoming, and memorable. We would absolutely stay here again. Service: 5

I had Tea on Saturday May 22. Tea was lovely but service could have been better. As a prepaid pre-tip reservation, l really think restaurants take clients for granted. I was very disappointed with the parking accommodations and have never experienced a problem years past. However, this time around, I was asked to go to the curbside window present my ticket to pay for parking after having tea. It was very windy and it was also raining, and the parking attendant was somewhat unorganized with the process of checking out my car as far as payment. Imagine standing in the rain and trying to pay a $26 parking tab after having tea at the hotel. I waited 20 minutes for them to sort it out before they would bring me my car. I did express my concerns to the front desk and to the doorman where I shared that this was extremely below the service expected at the Rittenhouse Hotel at a hotel of that caliber. I was so disappointed that I will definitely consider this situation before booking into the Hotel, the Lacroix restaurant or the In the future. Just as they have you pay for the meal and the tip with the reservation, they may want to consider having you pay for the parking as well to avoid catastrophe like this. Although personally, I feel parking should be free considering you are a guest at the hotel.

Had an excellent stay at The Rittenhouse Hotel. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and located in a perfect area of the city. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet, making it easy to relax. The staff was professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Overall, a luxurious experience with outstanding service. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again Service: 5
