If you’re in Hot Springs, the Rooftop Bar at The Waters is a must-visit! We were there for July 4th and they were serving a barbecue special that was absolutely outstanding. The portions were huge, and every single thing we ordered was packed with incredible flavor! The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender, the wings were perfectly cooked with amazing seasoning, and the pulled pork was smoky, juicy, and delicious. The sides were just as impressive — the potato salad was fresh and flavorful, and the baked beans were rich and tasted homemade. I'm a bit of a potato salad critic and this potato salad was spot on! We also had the pulled pork nachos as an appetizer and they were phenomenal -- I will crave those in the future! Great food, generous portions, and a fantastic rooftop atmosphere made for an all-around excellent experience. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in Hot Springs! We really enjoyed a bottle of Prosecco and delicious chips and queso. Perfect spot for a drink and apps. Just enter The Waters Hotel and walk straight ahead to the elevators - take elevator to the top floor and check in with the hostess. In the summer the whole rooftop is shaded by around 5pm. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Came to the rooftop for a bachelorette dinner with a view. Views were spectacular but that was the only good part of the experience. Terrible service, we weren’t checked on once. All the ice in our water was melted by the middle of our waiting for food. The menus provided did not match their online menu. The foods temperature was like it had been sitting there for a while before bringing it out. Some didn’t get their full order and when they asked for the rest the waitress said well I’ll have to ask the chef about it. Every employee interaction was short and rude. What was supposed to be the last dinner of a wonderful weekend was ruined by this terrible experience. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
