Our waitress didn’t even show up at our table until about 15 mins after that, and when she came took a drink and app order. Did not come back with our drinks for about 10 mins. Our appetizer came out after 8:45 (after I had already complained at the bar about how long we were waiting). At which point they finally brought our calamari which was not even hot. Then about about 9:15 the soups came out, again not really hot, they were for two in our party but they did not bring the salads we ordered for the other two, so I finally asked for those to be brought out.
By the time our food came out (after 9:30, now late for a band we were trying to catch at 9) they messed up my boyfriend’s order (wrong meat, wrong sauce) and we just ended up asking for boxes. They boxed all the meals except the one they messed up and said it was bc they took it off the bill.. that was what they “did for us to make it right”.... removed something that we didn’t order and send my boyfriend away with no meal. When we got to the car he said something, I walked back in and they said they would go quick make him something, we waited almost 10 mins at which point we were done waiting and now at 10 pm left.... after a 730 reservation and not even eating our meals!
In the end between meals and bar tabs and tips (for the bar tender Matt who was amazing and Mary Ann who wasn’t ever our server... they were both wonderful), we ended up spending over 300 dollars for meals we didn’t even eat in house. Worse off they told me they were sending Ben, the general manager over and he never talked to us and he never came. Some other woman came and kept making excuses and I honestly felt she was being very condescending to us, like it was our fault for not being patient enough ???? It was ridiculous!!
Worst experience ever, but definitely something we will talk about for a long time, and not for the best reason!!!!!
