As we use our own blend of meats, as opposed to factory made patties that are always brown / beige, ours will always appear pink in parts due to the leanness and high quality of the beef. This combined with a seasoning mix that includes smoked paprika will also add to the pinkness. The burgers are and were probed at 72.9C which is above the cooked threshold. When it was returned we placed them back on the chargrill to cook even more as requested and the only way to obtain your required outcome is to squeeze all the goodness and juices out of it, which would then result in a dry burger. We have had the same burger recipe for 8 yrs and sell lots of them ( 18 yesterday) and I’m sorry to hear it wasn’t to your liking but for future we shall ensure the staff versed in explaining the ingredients and process to avoid this happening.
