It was an grand opening on September 10th. They were doing some kind of event for 2 days on that day. On Friday 9/10/21 from 9am to 5pm they were giving out free Americano whether it was hot or iced. Also on Friday 9/10/21 from 1pm to 3pm they were giving out iced strawberry latte. On Saturday 9/11/21 you buy an a drink you get a free snack. I was extremely happy that venti was opening near this area but somewhat it was quite disappointed with this location. Was able to get their free strawberry latte on the event day. But I also brought tropical bubble tea (Oh man it was good) but at the register there was nice gentleman I asked for less sweet. (Thank you so much for that I appreciated) After the event was over my sister got me a tea which was apple & yuja tea (oh man it was too sweet that I couldn't drink it) Very sad with this drink!! It was TOO SWEET! That I poured it in another cup and put half amount of water. I forgot this other name of the drink but it was some kind of cappuccino or latte it was lukewarm instead of being HOT! (ALSO JUST SWEET) PRETTY MUCH DISAPPOINTING WITH THIS LOCATION. I never had this experience at other location before but here it is and..... I give this place
