Hi Amina, we’re genuinely sorry that your experience didn’t meet your expectations. What surprises us most is that such a strong review was posted without giving our team the chance to fix the issue on the spot. Had you simply mentioned it to our manager or to the kind staff member you praised, we would have immediately replaced your burger. As for the many positive reviews, there’s no need to be surprised by them, everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and we’re grateful that so many guests genuinely enjoy our food. After reviewing your visit with our team, we were honestly surprised by your review. During your meal, you specifically requested a smashed patty with well cooked onions, which our chef prepared exactly as requested. You finished your entire burger, left nothing on the table, thanked both our server and our Cook before leaving, and at no point mentioned that anything was wrong or gave us the opportunity to correct your experience. Had you told us, we would have gladly prepared a new burger immediately. We always welcome honest feedback, but we also believe it’s important that the FACTS surrounding the visit are shared.
