Parking company is a joke and should be held to account! I stayed at the hotel and entered my car details in the parking iPad as stated. A week later I received a parking fine during my stay. I called the hotel to make them aware and they stated that I would just need to notify the parking charge company and it would be sorted. I did this and after about a month of nothing.. I received an email from the parking charge company to give evidence of my stay, I did this with showing my bank statement and my booking receipt from booking.com. The parking charge company then reduced my fine for £80/£100 to £20.. I have paid this just so that it goes away but feel that the parking company are out of order for even thinking they can still fine me £20!! So future inn.. I won’t be staying here again, nor will my work colleagues.. probably around £2000-£4000 in revenue over the span of the job we have here down in Cardiff.. and all future jobs. I’d get on to the parking company and sort that sort of cheek out before it costs you even more in the long run! To the parking company.. again.. shame on you!

I stayed in future inn cardiff bay 2 weeks ago for a friday night. Wanted a change from Premier inn or travel lodge. I was not disappointed. Free parking. The room was nice and clean. Staff were friendly. Bathrobes available at reception. Had some drinks and bar snacks in the afternoon. The breakfast upgrade the following morning was worth the extra as the quality of food available on the buffet was very good. I will definitely stay there again.

I have spent the last 27 years traveling internationally for work and leisure - 100+ nights a year, across 6 continents, from budget to 5-star. I have never experienced a check-in as chaotic, unprofessional, and frankly disrespectful as this.
