I always have a great time here—the atmosphere is fun, the energy is great, and the service is usually something I look forward to. I understand that mistakes happen, especially with food orders, and I’ll admit that I can be very particular about how my food is prepared. However, when I order something a specific way, I expect it to be prepared accordingly, or at the very least, for the issue to be handled appropriately when brought to someone’s attention. Unfortunately, during this visit, I was disappointed with how management handled the situation. I wasn’t looking for anything excessive, but I was surprised that the manager wasn’t even willing to compensate a drink after my food was prepared incorrectly. As someone who comes in, enjoys the establishment, and consistently takes care of the bartenders who take care of me, I expected a little more consideration and customer service. I still enjoy the atmosphere and the staff, but I definitely believe this situation could have been handled better by management. Everytime i order here its a problem. You cant call yourself a daiquiri shop if your daiquiris dont ever work. Fix them or take them off the menu. Sounds like from the other reviews its time to close the doors
