A former loyal customer here, hope the management read all the comments from here and made improvements. For almost 6 months, we never eat here again. But yesterday, after coming back from a long trip we wanted to feel at home and decided to give another chance to tiger. We ordered same as usual. My husband asked for very spicy and no numb, me for medium spicy and no numb, and my kids were not spicy and not numb. When my husband’s bowl came, it looked not that very spicy and when he tasted it, it very bald and not spicy at all. When my bowl came, the broth looked pale and too much (very covered my condiments inside). When I tasted it, it was very very very bad, not creamy, so watery, and I decided to add chili oil, salt and sugar too, for a couple of times until it tasted a little bit better. I didn’t know it was because we came very late at 8pm for dinner, so they maybe have a new batch of broth, or they changed their recipe, but whatever the reason, it is better to bring back the original recipe! For the staff, we never had any bad experience. The old man always smiles with us, others we just don’t mind them. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
