One of the worst tim hortons ever! Been in 3 or 4 times and will never be back. Everytime I've used their toilets it's either reeking of feces & urine or there is feces stains on the toilet or urine all over the toilet seat so obviously not cleaned very often. The whole place is very dirty, from the floors to the tables & seats. Do they ever even clean in there? Went in for a coffee a few months ago & the non-local guy behind the counter gave me that typical dirty look of frustration as if to say "Hurry up & get out already" so of course I got flustered and ended up ordering the wrong thing. Went in very recently, was suffering from heatstroke & an empty stomach so ordered a small ice coffee and a doughnut. The doughnut was good but the ice coffee was NOT coffee! Don't know what it was but didn't taste of coffee, tasted bitter almost metallic. Could have been anything for all I knew, & the person I was with tried it too and said the same. So told the staff behind the counter & the local girl was very nice and offered another one or something else but I refused to be offered more poison. As we were originally being served the coffee & doughnut, the local girl had to explain to the non-local staff what a doughnut was and the different ones in general. How can they hire someone who barely speaks the languages spoken here & doesn't know what the establishment sells?! Obviously don't know what coffee is either nor how to make coffee. So we left & I vomited up the doughnut and the sip of that poisoned "coffee" in the car park. I was sick 6 times in total that day. Judging by other recent reviews, something is seriously wrong with the coffee. Hopefully whoever bothers to read all this will avoid this place because it's doubtful it'll ever improve even if any staff or anyone from tim hortons in general reads this. Oh, and sort out all the wee hoodlums hanging around the area & in store. Not the first & only tim hortons that seems to let the wee hoods do whatever they like. Don't even order anything, just charge their phones, use the WiFi & leave their electric scooters outside. Very off-putting to everyone else & I'm sure it's lost them business, because I'm one of them who won't be back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I visited at around night and ordered a Vanilla Latte, but it didn’t have any vanilla syrup in it. The coffee tasted really bad. I usually visit in the morning, and the coffee is always very good then, so this was disappointing. I also ordered fries, but they were completely cold. It was a waste of money. The music was extremely loud, and it was difficult to hear anything. The staff didn’t seem very professional—they were talking and laughing among themselves in their own language instead of paying attention to customers. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here again. It was a totally bad experience, and I feel like I wasted my money. From now on, I’ll be going to Starbucks instead Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered 2 lattes. They were extremely bitter and hardly any milk in either of them. We had to pour them out. We went next door to Starbucks. Staff were polite but the drinks were deplorable. Meal type: Other Price per person: £1–10
