Attempted to use this location in the past and been slightly frustrated with order errors do to language barriers which cause difficulty with communication. But tonight was even more disappointing We were told we could not order iced capps or London fogs. We went to this location in 2 vehicles, when the first vehicle asked to pay for both orders the lady seemed to acknowledge his request however was arguing the another customer behind us and was very distracted. When the 2nd car reached the window it was greeted with "How are you paying?" The interaction lacked friendless and respectful customer service. Once paid for, the staff member appeared to still be distracted, almost handed them the next persons drink.. and when she did hand them their item, there was no closing to the interaction. Instead she handed it out and walked away. Good evening or simply a hello, how are you would be a wonderful start to customer service and thank you or have a good night would be a great ending. Respectful Customer Service Would Be Much Appreciated.

My daughter and I came through the drive-thru for breakfast this morning, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing from start to finish. The employee already sounded upset over the speaker, and when we got to the window our order was not made properly. My daughter’s bagel wasn’t cut, barely had any butter on it, and was burnt on the sides. My coffee was cold, and her Iced Capp was missing the whipped cream. For the amount customers pay, this level of service and quality is unacceptable. Very disappointed with our experience and I don’t plan on returning. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The guys here are crazy they don’t know how to talk and how to serve i was waiting in drive thru and i didn’t hear anything for 5 minutes then i moved to the window, and they said go back in line and do that again and i don’t think the till in window is broken or something. I don’t know why they take out their frustration on me instead of taking my order, they done nothing but wasted my time and the manager as well was not doing his job as she should. I don’t why the owner hire these kind of employees who don’t know how to serve customers specially in drive thru they are chilling with each other and do nothing at all. I didn’t wanted to give even 1 star but there wasn’t any option and i also think that the owner of this Tim Hortons doesn’t care at all!!! There was one more employee who was so rude at the same time but i couldn’t get her pic! I will never come here! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
