Could give 0 if had a choice. Only i was there to grab mocha ice cap no customers there at all to blame rush the lady was rude and that mocha ice cap made me throw up. It was around 3:30-3:40pm today. Would never visit and discourage this location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I got a deal on jan 26,on coffee and wrap as its a promo going on and I went to get same on jan 27 around 11:45ish. The staff had no clue. They were asking the other lady. That old lady was like shouting and said only hot coffees and I said sure we can do French vanilla with the wrap she was like coffee and I was wondering if French vanilla isn't a coffee anymore. She herself put a cream and sugar coffee with the wrap and I was looking at her blank. This is how they wrap the food? It can fall out of the wrapper. I understand its busy sometimes but not listening to the customer and just putting an order what u think is easy isn't really professional. And it does seem like I was overcharged?? Meal type: Brunch Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Horrible Experience, Total Rip-Off I ordered two medium drinks from Tim Hortons – the Oreo Mocha and Orange Tangerine Refresher – and I’m honestly shocked by how bad the experience was. No ice was added, yet both cups were barely filled. It felt like I paid full price for half a drink. The Oreo Mocha had almost no cream and tasted bland. The Orange Tangerine was weak and watery, with no real flavor. For a place that claims to care about customer satisfaction, this was a huge disappointment. They clearly don’t care about quality or quantity – just about taking your money. This is unacceptable. If I wanted half-filled cups and weak drinks, I could’ve made them at home. Tim Hortons, you’ve lost my trust. Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
