Always a great experience at Tim Hortons! The staff are friendly, welcoming, and provide quick service even during busy hours. The coffee is consistently good, and there are plenty of options for a quick breakfast or snack. I appreciate the warm atmosphere and the convenience. A reliable place for a fresh coffee and a pleasant visit. Love it. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $40–50

I go here everyday, the drive thru staff are always short with me and act like I’ve offended them when I want them to scan my rewards app. They seem to rush the line and get on to the next car with little to no customer service or courtesy. Today really sealed the deal, I ordered my bagel with extra extra cream cheese like I always do, and even expressed to them that I had the same issue a day prior, and paid the 2$ for the extra cream cheese. I come home to find less cream cheese than I would if I had ordered it regular. Super disappointed, I called them to inform them and they just asked for my name and said they would see me tomorrow, hoping that means they comp me a proper bagel tomorrow but it felt like I was being brushed off Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

The guy working at drive thru was very rude. We specifically ordered a steep tea with 3 milks, no sugar. The guy working there was apparently offended the way we ordered. And asked us to repeat the order again without saying 'no sugar.' Like it DOESN'T hurt to know that a customer specifically wants no sugar. But no, you just had to be all worked up about it. Almost as if he hates his job so much. This isn't the first time he's like this. Everytime we come here, he always has this passive aggressive attitude. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
