I had a great experience at Tim Hortons today. Yudhveer was very friendly, patient, and professional. He helped me choose a new coffee to try and took the time to explain the options. His positive attitude and excellent customer service made my visit even better. It’s always nice to be served by someone who genuinely cares about customers. Do not waste you time or money here, the staff are incredibly rude and pushy and consistently getting orders wrong, wait times are ridiculous and they try to be sneaky and withhold change and they only give it back after asking them for it, and when called out avout it they claim it is a mistake but it happens 95% of the time . We regularly order the large turkey sandwich which is on two separate 6 inch buns- every location weve been to charges 1 fee of under 10$ for both sandwiches these crooks charge 8$ per sandwich and when asked why I was told that they are a franchise and make their own prices. I went here this evening and clearly asked for a large ice cap, the lady charges my card then hands me a ice coffee, I told her this was not my order and she replied that they do not have straws right now for a ice cap so instead she chose to change my order without asking then she proceeded to laugh about it to another employee. I asked for a refund and while professing it the employee says " this is why I hate working Sundays" Boycott these incompetent fools and take your business to a location that deserves your support and knows how to provide proper customer service.

Don't go there, full of temporary workers, girls are making mistakes and carelessness almost everytime. Forgetting or deliberately not adding sauce or proper salad in the sandwiches, making wrong coffee, if anyone asks rather than saying sorry they show attitude instead. The customers using drive through especially have to be careful Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
