A Message to the Manager : Tim Hortons Beaumont First, I truly appreciate Tim Hortons Beaumont continuing to serve our community from the temporary trailer while the main location is under renovation. We understand the challenges of operating from such a small space and are thankful that service has continued. However, I have to ask: What has happened to the customer service? The temporary drive-thru setup is quite confusing. The ordering microphone is located at the entrance, while the trailer has a very prominent “ORDER HERE” sign above the service window. It is completely understandable that customers occasionally miss the microphone and drive directly to the window. I have personally seen this happen many times. What is disappointing is the way some employees respond. Instead of politely directing customers back to the ordering point, customers are sometimes spoken to in a very rude or policing manner, particularly during the evening. Even stopping at the window briefly to unlock a phone can result in an unnecessarily harsh response, followed by the famous “advice for next time.” I noticed today that a handwritten “PLEASE ORDER HERE” sign has now been added. This clearly shows that the setup is causing confusion. Rather than making customers feel like they have done something terribly wrong, perhaps better signage and a little patience would solve the problem. This is not about the food, it is about customer service, communication, and training. I sincerely hope management looks into the evening service and reminds the team that customers deserve patience and respect, especially during a temporary and confusing setup. We appreciate that Tim Hortons is still serving Beaumont during renovations. We simply hope the welcoming customer-service experience that Tim Hortons is known for returns as well. I have very positive and good experience with this store. I usually visit 3-4 times in a week to pick up coffee and some snacks, sometimes in morning but mostly during evening. Both the morning and evening staff are very nice in nature, attend customers with smile and communicate with respect. The service is absolutely fantastic and food is also great .The staff is very focused to there work and give there best for success of there store. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Manjaar??? Whatever his name is sorry for wrong name by the way. He was very kind and treated me with respect. This is what I believe every customer service worker should be. Treated me with 10/10 respect and a warm welcome into this location. I truly believe this is what makes Tim Hortons special. Thank you Manjaar for your service and I will definitely be there again.
