Went in to order. I felt like I was a nuisance from the start, when they handed me my drinks in the tray, the tray was soaken wet and breaking, when I asked them for a new tray because it was wet she gave a loud sigh and then just left the tray on the side for me, maybe just maybe if the tray is falling apart as you hand it to the customer you would realize it won't last the duration of my walk to work, and such an easy swap out. Service keeps getting worse by the day and i stop there daily. Might need to find a new coffee spot Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20

I had a very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. I am a strict vegetarian for religious reasons, and I clearly placed a vegetarian order. However, I was given a non-vegetarian item instead and ordered 2 wraps both are same This is not just a small mistake for me—it goes against my beliefs and is completely unacceptable. i’ve waited so long for the order Food orders, especially involving dietary or religious restrictions, should be handled with much more care and attention. I hope the staff is better trained to double-check orders in the future so this doesn't happen to someone else. Very disappointed with the lack of attention to such an important detail. Food: 1

Worst service. The employees either have trouble hearing customers or pretend not to hear. This location is very frustrating to deal with. I ordered a green tea with warm water, not steeped tea. I specifically asked for green tea with about 60% cold water and the rest hot so it would be warm and drinkable right away. Instead, they made it with hot water and it was extremely hot when I received it at the window. I politely asked if they could add more cold water because it was still too hot. The employee (an older lady) replied that she had already added cold water, but it clearly wasn’t enough. When I asked again for more cold water so it would be warm, she seemed upset that I asked. When she handed it back, the lid was not even closed properly and hot tea spilled on me, which actually burned me. This is completely unacceptable customer service and a serious safety issue. I hope Tim Hortons management sees this and takes the matter seriously. Customers should not have to deal with careless service, especially when it results in someone getting burned.
