We recently visited Tim Hortons and had a great experience. Wema was very friendly, welcoming, and took our order with a smile. The breakfast was served warm, fresh, and tasted great. We really appreciated the excellent customer service and will definitely be back. Thank you, Emily, for making our visit so pleasant! Huge shoutout to the girl working at Tim Hortons around 12:20 AM. She provided some of the best customer service we’ve had in a long time. From the second we entered in drive thru, she had such a positive and welcoming aura that instantly changed the mood. she brewed a fresh steeped tea for us. She was kind, respectful, and genuine. She truly deserves recognition for her attitude and dedication. Tim Hortons is lucky to have employee like her! Meal type: Other Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My experience at this Tim Horton’s location WAS not a good one. First off I understand the staff were tired , I also worked fast food so I get it. When we first arrived we weren’t sure what we wanted so we told the lady who was assisting us. She was so disrespectful the WHOLE interaction - we apologized for not responding correctly. Once we paid she didn’t hand our food right away just started to walk away. My food was dry but it’s whatever it’s fast food. The main complaint was my drink , I ordered a caramel iced coffee when I tasted my drink it barely had ANYTHING inside. When I asked the lady if she can put aside of caramel she responded with “ WELL YOU SHOULD Have SAID “ EXTRA CARAMEL “. I HAVE to charge you for an another DRINK. I told her how can you charge me something that doesn’t have what I ordered ??? As she was remaking it , she started complaining with her coworker & her coworker was like “ JUST DONT REMAKE IT “, just let her complain!!! I don’t know why this place is still open & why she works here. Meal type: Other Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
