The supervisor with glasses was very rude. She gets impatient when you ask questions about deals, doesn’t let you finish speaking, and walks away before you’re done explaining. If you don’t want to help, don’t ask, “How can I help?” I also saw her being rude to employees who were simply doing their jobs. A supervisor should treat both customers and staff with respect. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Literally the worst tim hortons in the city. I went there today and ordered an ice capp made with milk as cream hurts my stomach. She then gives me the ice capp that is clearly made with cream (you can tell by the colour, if its milk its way darker) and I said "thats made with cream not milk" and she tried to say it looks like that because she just cleaned the machine. I said ok ill try it before I leave. Tried it and it was definitely cream. She then was very rude with me because she messed it up. She remade it and again, made it with cream. At this point I was super mad and just left with it. This is absolutely ridiculous and the staff here are terrible.

This is my go-to place, and the staff always work hard, which is why I don’t like complaining. But for the last 2–3 weeks, my bagels are never cut on Mondays or Wednesdays, even though I was told they always do it. Also, today’s breakfast sandwich was poorly made — barely anything was on the bread all meat & cheese was falling . Just hoping for more consistency because I usually enjoy coming here. Visit time between 6-6:30 Meal type: Breakfast Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
