I was impressed by how clean and organized everything was. The donuts and baked goods were fresh, and the coffee was made just the way I like it. The team members who I interacted with were very friendly and nice Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We are regulars and everyday now there is an issue order iced coffee no cane sugar and vanilla shot but it comes with no vanilla shot and cane sugar added I’m diabetic watch my sugar intake. Order 1 bagel buttered 1 bagel with cream cheese and they both come with cream cheese. I think it’s time to move to another Tim’s location. Food: 1 Service: 1

I’m a regular Tim Hortons customer at this location and visit often since I live nearby. Recently, I’ve noticed that some cold drinks specifically protein quenchers are being served noticeably below the top of the cup, like the one shown in the photo, even though customers are paying full price. I understand there can be slight variations, but this seems like a significant gap. What I find confusing is that hot coffees are usually filled right to the top, so why aren’t cold drinks given the same consistency?Customers expect to receive the full portion they’re paying for. I hope management can address this and ensure drink portions are consistent going forward. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
