I may need to say that if the staff is not able to work. Then there is a need of replacement with newer one. As I had to wait for 10 mins just to get this after that wait time. One of the worst TiM ever I have been. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The most pathetic and slow Tim Hortons on the planet. They simply do not know what they are doing in there. They do not know how to time manage, and they definitely do not know or understand customer service or live up to any standard that Tim Hortons was supposed to be. Waiting 30 minutes in a lineup for a drive-through for a single coffee is ridiculous Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Roll up the Rim tabs that are for free coffees can be redeemable on "any hot size beverage, including modifications", including to the Tim Hortons app. I was refused twice to use my free coffee tab for a london fog and was told that I was "crazy" for expecting that I could use it for that, but if I use a digital tab for free coffee, it'll let me claim a london fog. So inconsistent. I haven't had any issues at any other places with this, and it really depends who you is serving you at this location and what they will let you redeem, so you never know what to expect.
