Service sucks, they cut you off when you are talking at the drive through trying to rush - not hearing what you are ordering, and then 50% of the time the order comes out wrong. I got an iced coffee with extra cream and I got a black iced coffee. Food quality overall just isn’t up to standards compared to other Tim’s around the area. Also most of the employees attitudes are lame Meal type: Brunch Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Had to repeat my order 3 times. Still got it wrong. Coffee is somehow worse than Duncan's Hortons. Ordered a belt with sausage and bacon. Charged for bacon, no bacon. Coffee. 2 cream, no sugar. Got a coffee with half a cream. Bitter and acidic. Do they clean their coffee machine? Meal type: Breakfast

For an extended period, I have frequented Tim Hortons for coffee and their signature Timbits. However, my recent experience at this particular location has led me to conclude that I will no longer be patronizing Tim Hortons. I placed an order for three beverages. It would seem logical that an order of this size would be accompanied by a drink tray, a practice that aligns with standard customer service expectations. Furthermore, when ordering beverages such as an Iced Capp or lemonade, the provision of a straw is typically essential for consumption. Consequently, I have acquired a Keurig coffee maker and will not be returning to Tim Hortons. I appreciate that this experience has solidified my decision to invest in a home brewing system. Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
