Have come here twice and service is terrible. They’re asking people what they ordered and it’s not like they ask every so often it’s every single person while waiting has to resay their entire order because they forget. they give people the wrong food items and don’t even give receipts. Took 20+ minutes to get an ice coffee and bagel and cream cheese and they handed me the bag telling me it’s my bagel turns out it was a raisin scone. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered a sausage wrap at the drive through. Got home and noticed that it didn’t have sausage. I went back to ask them and the Assistant Manager made me wait as she dug up my receipt (which they didn’t give because they’re going so fast). After a while, she found it and showed me that I ordered “no sausage” in the wrap. I did because I said “sausage wrap” . So I said “can you just make me one with sausage?” after standing a while as she dug up her “evidence”. She did make me one but charged me for it. I get that you’re trying to beat “time” but at the cost of poor customer service? Suggest that when an employee makes a mistake (which we all do) over $1.27 worth of sausage that instead of digging up the receipt to prove “who knows what” and make them wait that you just write it off? Terrible service and leadership. Service: Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
