Love the new re-model of the new store. The staff is always friendly and accurate with my orders. The washrooms are always clean, can’t say that about other fast food places in town. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This location was recently revamped. My first-time in this location wasn't a great experience. Garbage on the floor behind the counter and it's very noticeable. The girl at the counter had a huge attitude. Bathroom was disgusting. Not much of a difference from the Bowes St. location. Welcome to Parry Sound. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons that I feel needs to be addressed. The debit machine in the drive-thru wasn’t working, and due to the size of my truck, I couldn’t exit the line. I decided to place my order at the window and then go inside to pay. When I entered the store, there was a man ahead of me who had done the same thing. I overheard his interaction with the employee at the front counter—an older woman with short hair and glasses—and it was honestly shocking. Before he could even explain his situation or tell her his order, she responded sarcastically, saying something along the lines of, “I’m not wearing a headset, so I don’t know what you ordered.” Her tone was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. The customer was clearly taken aback and calmly responded, “Thanks for being so rude,” before continuing with his order. Instead of de-escalating, the employee replied with, “Thanks for being rude too,” even though he had not been rude at all. When it was my turn, I explained that I had also ordered through the drive-thru due to the machine issue. She visibly shook her head and appeared irritated that I had come inside to pay, which made for another uncomfortable interaction. I understand that technical issues can be frustrating, but that’s no excuse for treating customers disrespectfully—especially when they’re trying to work around a problem they didn’t cause. Customer service should still be a priority, even during inconvenient situations. At the end of the day, customers deserve to be treated with basic respect. If someone isn’t in the right mindset to provide that, it may be better to step away rather than take it out on others.
