I went to this Jefferson Hylan Tim Hortons today to get a matcha latte with coconut milk and a everything bagel with plain cream cheese through the drive-thru, the first matcha latte was curdled and the second one tasted like so thick that I couldn't even drink it, the bagel wasn't even toasted properly and there was hardly any cream cheese on it. when I came in to the store to get a refund, and they asked me what I needed and I told them I wanted a refund, the girl literally smirked and laughed quietly as if her body language couldn't tell enough, she was extremely animated and when I asked her if it was funny to her, she even became more animated and even walked around with a smirk on her face as if she was taking this personal and then when I mentioned it to the other lady, she told me that the girl was nervous and it was because I was aggressive and dominating and I can assure you that I was not, and my tone was low and direct, I wasn't yelling, I didn't have a raise tone, I didn't say anything mean or cruel, I just asked for a refund and she started smirking and acting like it was a joke to her and I could assure you that I was respectfully and polite, and the "so called" manager, when I asked her a few questions, she totally ignored me three times and then when I asked for the manager she pointed to herself as if to say (sarcastically) I'm the manager, but without words and she was looking down. Then I said, " wait, your the manager and your acting this way?" she's deff not qualified to be a manager and her and the other girl are deff not qualified to handle someone wanting a refund and they seemed to take it personal and as if it were funny or some kind of joke and that's not the way Tim Hortons is know for. I'll deff never go to that location again!! thank you Tammy Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1

I had an initial hiccup with my medium iced latte, it was missing the sugar and hadn’t been whipped properly. However, I’m glad I reached out because the team took my concern seriously and made it right immediately. It’s clear they care about getting orders correct and ensuring customers leave happy. Everyone has an off moment, and it’s how a business handles it that truly matters. Will be coming back thanks for making it right!
