Hi Paul — I’m really sorry your iced coffee wasn’t right at this Tim Hortons, especially after having a decent experience there before. You ordered 1 cream, 1 sugar, and what you received sounded like hot, bitter coffee poured over ice instead of a consistent iced coffee. That’s not the kind of quality we want for any guest.
