I visited this Tim Hortons Today at around 3:15 PM. The employee who took our order was very friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the experience changed when we received our food. The female staff member who handed us our pizza slid it across the counter in a manner that felt disrespectful and unprofessional rather than handing it to us properly. This made us feel unwelcome and left a negative impression.I believe the female employee’s name started with the letter ‘A’, but I am not completely sure, so I do not want to identify the wrong person. I wanted to recognize the employee who took our order for his great service, but I also hope management reviews the customer service standards during food pickup. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Takes way too long to get what u ordered. We ordered online and everyone in the line got there stuff way before us it’s been 20 minutes now still haven’t got my food and drink. Ridiculous Price per person: $1–10 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
