ive came here in the morning before going to school the other day, all the staff were so nice, and lovely people! my drinks were made quick and efficiently! my timbits were fresh! 10/10 would visit again Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First of all, I’m shocked at all the positive reviews of this place. And I think my apparition of cream cheese speaks for itself in the picture. Also, No matter the time of day it always seems to have the longest wait time out of all the Tim Hortons across Canada and the USA. Whether you’re inside or outside be prepared to be waiting for atleast 10 minutes. Staff is pretty friendly but they need to all have a meeting about focus and actually putting on ingredients that customers PAY for.. and yes I’m going back to politely express my opinion over my pathetic bagel. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I come here almost everyday and while the workers are amazing, this location is chronically understaffed. When we ask about it the managers say the cost of labour is too high. I feel bad for the workers who are busting their humps and it's never enough. Management needs to do better.
