Always great service at this location, usually pick-up my coffee every morning on my way in to work, for several years now. Generally great customer service, with special mention of Joya & Theepa who are always pleasant and super efficient, they know my coffee order :). A Wonderful Customer Service Experience at Tim Hortons. I recently visited Tim Hortons and ordered a brownie, politely asking if it could be warmed up. Unfortunately, when I took my first bite, I realized it hadn’t been heated. I went back and kindly asked if it could be microwaved for just a minute, but I was told that, due to health and safety reasons, they couldn’t do so. I completely understood and accepted the decision, returning to my table without any issue. Then something completely unexpected happened! The store supervisor, Pooja, called me back and offered me a new brownie that had been properly heated. I was genuinely surprised and incredibly pleased by this thoughtful gesture. It’s not often that you experience customer service that goes beyond expectations. Pooja’s initiative and kindness really stood out to me, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize her and the team for making my visit such a positive experience. Thank you, Pooja, for turning a small disappointment into such a wonderful customer experience! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Price per person: $10–20
