After standing waiting to be seated for about 10 min, we decided to try out the free seating bar. From the moment we sat down, we were completely ignored by both of the female bartenders who were just a couple feet away. They were stocking glasses in a fridge literally directly in front of us and avoiding eye contact. We attempted to use the QR code to order but the modification for a dietary restriction was not one of the options. My partner had to say excuse me multiple times to get attention and ask if we can order food. She said we could use the QR code and we tried to explain it didn’t have the option we wanted. She was extremely short, unfriendly and avoiding eye contact. We ordered and she just stared at us and then typed every in at the end. She then took the receipt that printed out, slapped it in front of us and walked away. We both felt very not confident that the modification would happen. We sat for another couple minutes and both felt extremely uncomfortable. We were never offered any kind of drink. while sitting at a bar. We decided to leave. We went to Tap and Pour and received wonderful service from the guy who appeared to be handling the whole front of house by himself. We’re not looking for a show and dance but kindness is very easy. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10

I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life when asking for a table or hightop to sit and eat my food vs eating at the bar. The male host acted like he was disgusted with me for requesting an actual seat because I have back issues and the bar seats don’t have back support. I told him I’d rather wait for a table to become available and he asked me 3 times if I was sure I didn’t want to just sit at the bar because that was obviously easier for them and took no consideration for what I needed. I had to finally explain to him that I have back issues and he looked at me like I was lying. I felt embarrassed that I had to explain myself. Then I saw a 1.50 charge for “extra sauce” because I asked for sauce for my French fries. It wasn’t extra. I didn’t have any to begin with. I find that ironic because they literally forgot to put BBQ sauce on my burger that it said it came with on the menu. I didn’t complain or ask them to fix it, i already felt embarrassed enough and didn’t want to make a fuss about anything more. I honestly wouldn’t go back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone I know. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Here on New Year’s Day +1 and absolutely floored by the quality of service, ambience and food. My maragarita was delicious and the kitchen staff were communicating well and often to make sure everyone was happy. Of any restaurant experience I’ve had at an airport, this place takes the cake. Truly gives me faith in humanity. Thanks timber ridge! Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
