Ordered food through website for collection ,paid extra on meal for grated cheese rang them and said there’s nothing on it , woman who spoke back was clueless saying maybe next time I said no I’ve paid this time she said but we are busy I replied this is a you problem as YOU have got MY order wrong then she says well it won’t be until an hour says she will call me back ends phone 10 minutes later I’ve rang back she’s ready to take more orders so never had intentions of ringing back , like speaking to a brick wall , saying they don’t have grated cheese in the shop 1. You sell pizzas so I think you do so yet again another lie but either way don’t have it advertised then , more to the point it’s not the grated cheese that’s irritated me , the way she spoke and the way she had no intentions of sorting anything , , on the phone call back she said do you want popcorn chicken? No I’d like my order thank you , useless to call , waste of money , chicken wrap vile and slimey , chips inedible. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I would like to share my amazing experience at Timmy’s! Firstly their service is unmatched, they are polite, kind and friendly and make sure the experience and atmosphere at timmys is positive! They were very helpful by showing me all the options on the menu and even gave me advice on what to get. The food was delicious, I got a sweet chilli burger alongside chips and a drink, I must say everything was amazing. The burger was warm, soft and the chicken was freshly and perfectly cooked. The chips had a perfect balance of being crispy, soft and warm. I would definitely recommend coming here as the service, food and atmosphere is immaculate and the food is delicious! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Fries, Chicken Loaded Fries, Phat Burger, Curly Fries, Superstar Burger, Burger Sauce Dip
