Horrible customer service. Rude and aggressive actions. We were seated..no water, gave us 3 menus..after 25 min..she never came back to take our order. She went to take the next groups order, walking around totally ignoring us. So, I decided to just order to go, maybe it'll be faster. Ordered at 12, they said 15-20 min. Waited...12:25pm...nothing, so I told my son to ask how much longer..she tells him 5 min. We waited til 12:35...people are coming and going..so i went up and requested a refund, so we can leave and eat somewhere else., also I didn't have anymore time to wait I have things to do. The lady, who refused to give me her name, short hair, appears to be the wife to owner Alvin or something, she was up front. She blew up, went into a rage. She claimed, we didn't remind them, that my son just went up a few minutes ago to remind them. (Not our job to remind you that we're still waiting for our order) She went to the kitchen and magically our order was put together. She started calling me a liar and was very angry. Telling me to never go back to the restaurant and for my son and his girlfriend to never go back. She said while pointing her finger at me, to stop smiling and to never go back. That she won't refund me. I told her, at this point for such rude behavior, I don't want the food, I want my refund. She said she wasn't going to refund me, only half. Heck no. After all that, she wasn't going to just refund me half. She takes my receipt and does something to it. I asked for it and she said I was lying. Yelling in Chinese going back to the kitchen, left me at the counter, wondering what's going on. Alvin came and while I was explaining, she was yelling in Chinese, pointing her finger at me and angrily yelling. He gave me a receipt that showed "voided". Will check in a few days if it's back in my account, otherwise they'll be hearing back from me. Never going back over there again. First and last. Horrible, customer service. Rude. Aggressive. Bad business practice. Negative if I could.

Wow, a nice canto/HK style restaurant in Davis! They moved to this new location (previously village bakery) and I got to try it this week. Surprisingly delicious! I went to Tim's before they moved a few years ago and I didn't like it. But I feel like they are way better now. The steak and rice was super flavorful, and the price is quite good Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
