Hccp this stranger.... the experience could have been pleasant until we noticed that the same person who was collecting broken glasses in the room a few minutes later, without gloves, caps or anything else was placing the garnishes on the grips. The organization is a bit chaotic, those who work in the kitchen should not wander around the room. The place is very well kept, with a welcoming and modern atmosphere. The staff was really kind and attentive, always ready to answer our questions and recommend the best dishes. The pinsa was really delicious: light and crunchy dough, with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I tried the pinsa with mortadella and pistachios, really tasty and well balanced.
