The environment is peaceful, quiet, and beautifully maintained, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The interior is clean, neat, and tastefully arranged, making it a pleasant place to enjoy a meal. The food is fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared, with good portion sizes and quality that justifies the price. The service is equally impressive, the waiters are polite, well groomed, attentive, and professional. They serve customers with courtesy and are always willing to help without being intrusive. Overall, it was a very enjoyable dining experience, and I would happily recommend this place to others. Price per person: ৳200–400

Very disappointing Iftar experience. The chicken fry smelled bad and seemed possibly rotten. After eating, I suffered food poisoning and vomited multiple times, and some friends with me also felt unwell. When we raised the issue, the manager simply denied it and blamed Ramadan pressure for food quality. Food safety should never be compromised. I would not recommend this place. Seriously the WORST meal I’ve had in years – save your money and go anywhere else! I’m writing this because I want to make sure no one else ends up having the same awful experience we did at Titanic Rooftop Restaurant. I’ll be posting photos too so you can see exactly what I’m talking about. First off, the food quality is just terrible. We ordered pizza and honestly? It was complete bullshit. There was zero taste to it – crust was all dry and burnt in spots, and you could barely even tell what toppings were supposed to be on there. And don’t even get me started on the quantity! For how much they charge, you’d think you’d get a proper serving, but everything was so small. What came out was barely enough for one person, and we were a group of three – we had to order extra stuff just to not leave hungry. We went for the set menu thinking it’d be straightforward, but it was a total mess. Half the things listed on the platter were missing when they brought it to our table. When we told the staff about it, they just shrugged it off like it was no big deal – no sorry, no offer to bring the missing items or knock anything off the bill. The washrooms wow. As soon as you open the door there’s this really strong bad smell that hits you. One of the basins is broken too – looks like it’s been that way for ages because there’s dirt and grime all around it. Clearly keeping things clean or fixing what’s broken isn’t a priority here at all. To cap it all off, when we got the bill they’d added charges for water – but we didn’t order any water, we even told them upfront we’d be bringing our own! When we asked why it was there, they just said it was a “system error” and didn’t seem bothered to fix it right away. We had to argue just to get it removed. I can’t stress enough – stay away from this place. Dhaka has so many great rooftop spots, you’d be better off picking literally any other one than wasting your time and money here.
