Wow, wow, wow. I honestly can't remember the last time I had food and service this exceptional. From the moment we walked in, every single person made us feel welcomed and cared for. We sat at the bar, and the level of hospitality was unmatched. From the host to the barbacks, our server, and even the chefs themselves coming out to deliver dishes, everyone took the time to check on us and make sure everything was perfect. The food was absolutely incredible. One of the most unique aspects is that the menu changes daily. It's a bit of a double-edged sword because I may never get to have the exact meal I enjoyed today again—but if today's experience is any indication, I have no doubt the next visit will be just as amazing. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. You can truly feel the passion and creativity behind every plate. This is a Miami must-do. If you're looking for a memorable dining experience where both the food and service are equally outstanding, put this place at the top of your list. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I really wanted to like To Be Determined again, especially after having a much better first experience, but this visit was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in Miami. The concept and some of the dishes themselves were solid, but the service completely ruined the night. We waited about 45 minutes before anyone even came to take our order (yes, it was so ridiculous I began the timer on my phone), while multiple tables that were seated after us were attended to first. During that time, staff seemed much more focused on checking on guests at the bar who already had food and drinks than acknowledging our table. Once we finally ordered, nobody explained how the courses would be paced or fired, and throughout the entire 2.5-hour dinner, our table was checked on maybe twice. I had to repeatedly ask just to get our water refilled, for a restaurant that frame themselves as a fine dining concept, that’s just not acceptable. There also seemed to be clear miscommunication with the kitchen during the main course. We waited around 20 minutes between dishes before being told the chef had to remake one of them. They comped us a round of wine, but honestly, that didn’t make up for how disorganized and neglected the experience felt overall. Another disappointing detail was the wine pours, which were noticeably smaller than standard pours, especially considering the pricing. What makes this more frustrating is that this was my second visit. The first time was good enough that I was excited to bring a friend, and instead I ended up feeling embarrassed for recommending the place. The food quality and service standard both felt significantly worse this time around. No matter how well they execute certain dishes, I won’t be returning. Price per person: $100+ Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

This was truly an exceptional dining experience for me! A friend & I went for the first time and we loved every single bite! I want to say our server was David but there were several others that checked on us and they were all so phenomenal. I loved all the food options as well as the details behind them that made them unique. The restaurant is easy to find, and the pricing is even great for the amount of portions you should order. I also tried orange wine for the first time here so thank you so much for the memorable experience! Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
