Decided to give this place a chance (given the fact that a number of the poor reviews come from a number of people from the same party OF 25 PEOPLE who came into a restaurant at 11PM and were SHOCKED by the service they got. I don't know what happened but to individually review a business multiple times when they have very little reviews in the first place is so horrible). Food and service was great and would highly recommend Meal type: Dinner

We had a craving for souvlaki, and this restaurant’s tasty grill platter for two hit all the right notes. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the ambience is a bit lacking, with an ad-filled radio station playing and arguments from the kitchen area loud enough to be heard by customers. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €15–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Terrible experience, would not recommend! We visited To Kati Allo in Crete as a group of friends, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. 5 of us didn’t even get to eat because the kitchen closed before all the ordered dishes were brought out. Nobody bothered to check if everyone at the table had been served before shutting things down. To make matters worse, some of the dishes were incorrect, and despite these serious issues, we weren’t offered any kind of discount or apology. On the contrary, the staff treated us with a clear lack of respect and professionalism. We felt ignored and unwelcome. We will absolutely not be coming back, and we strongly advise others to avoid this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner
