I went to this restaurant on the recommendation of a friend and, honestly, I don't think I will go back, much to my regret. Yesterday I went with a group of friends to dinner, one of them being the one who recommended the place because on other occasions he had gone with his family or other friends, and I don't think the dinner could have ended worse, even if they tried to do everything possible to enjoy it and not end it badly. We were 4 people and we ordered two toletortas, the Vip Bacon but one of them without tuna, as well as four soft drinks. We were served quite quickly, they even gave us a scramble of pistachios and so on while we waited for the food. As soon as the toletortas were brought to us, and seeing that they did not give us a plate, we ordered 4 so as not to eat on the table as such or on the napkins; The entire table was going to be stained and it was going to be uncomfortable to eat that way, plus it would make it easier for the waiter to clean up if we used the plates. I ate the one that didn't have tuna, but the rest of my companions tried the one that did have tuna and it turned out that one of them, in the last piece he was eating, found a hair inside. We tried to make it a bit of a joke, the kid's bad luck, but when we wanted to let the waiter know so he could give us a solution for the lack of hygiene, he told us that he didn't see any food on the plate when the piece was there. whole with hair sticking out of it; We thought he was implying that we had put the hair there just because.
