Our staff wash and sanitize their hands continuously throughout service, which is an accepted and required hygiene practice. Wearing gloves at all times is not a legal requirement and, when used incorrectly, can actually be less hygienic than frequent hand washing.As for the “omelette,” the dish you ordered was Selska Kajgana, a traditional Macedonian specialty made with scrambled eggs and vegetables. It is prepared exactly as this authentic dish has been for generations, so criticizing it for not being a classic French-style omelette is simply judging a traditional Macedonian recipe by the wrong standard.We also take your comments about the soup and salad seriously, although they do not reflect the quality and portions that the vast majority of our guests experience every day.We have proudly served traditional Macedonian cuisine since 1988, and thousands of satisfied guests continue to choose our restaurant because of our authenticity, quality, and hospitality.
