This was an Uber Eats order. This was the cut up chicken cubes and beef chicken noodles. I honestly think the cook pour the entire bottle of salt in both of the plate. I couldn’t even chew the chicken so hard and salty I couldn’t even taste the spicey. Same as the noodles and after I took two bites I sware I started sweating. I have never encountered such horrible salty food from a Chinese restaurant! Never again Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

We've eaten here for a few years, and the food is consistently amazing! Spicy House is the MOST authentic Chinese restaurant in Katy, and although "spicy" is in the name, there are quite a few that aren't if that's more your style. My family recently went out to eat at another Chinese restaurant, and seeing the sugary, thick sauce on literally everything made me realize that I had taken Spicy House for granted and needed to leave a good review. The dishes meant to be served family style and have very generous portions. I always forget to take pictures because the food is so good that it gets eaten before I remember. Some dishes I recommend: sauteed pork with bamboo shoots, hot sauce and boiled fish, lovers beef, and hot spiced beef The service is good, the atmosphere is nice (usually not too busy with ample seating), and I highly recommend this place!!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Their food is probably the best Asian food on mason rd and in the area besides Katy Asian town. The only problem is it smells like sewage as soon as you walk in the door. I’m not sure if it’s a bathroom problem or their grease trap but they really need to address it. The first few times I had their food it was delivered so I knew it was good when I walked into the smell but if I walked in for the first time I doubt I’d eat there. Green Pepper Steak and Fried Rice are delicious. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
